Dr. Sapna Palep

Dr. Sapna Palep has been recognized as one of New York’s leading board-certified dermatologists for over a decade. Since founding Spring Street Dermatology in 2010, Dr. Palep has helped countless patients achieve clear, healthy skin with her safe, effective, and highly individualized treatment plans. Dr. Palep conducts annual skin cancer screenings and treats all dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. She is also highly sought after for her skill in cosmetic treatments, including Botox, chemical peels, dermal fillers, microneedling, and resurfacing lasers.

Dr. Anna Karp is a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at NYU School of Medicine. With a passion for both medical and cosmetic dermatology, she provides expert care to patients of all ages, specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.

A recognized leader in her field, Dr. Karp has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and frequently lends her expertise to major media outlets, including Allure, People, InStyle, Self, Women’s Health, and New York Magazine.

Dr. Karp is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Women’s Dermatologic Society. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a mother of two and resides with her family in Brooklyn Heights

Dr. Paige Spagna is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She treats a wide range of conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and skin cancer, and performs cosmetic procedures with a focus on natural, refined results.

Dr. Spagna is known for her thoughtful, thorough approach and for taking the time to truly listen to her patients. She believes in personalized, evidence-based care and works with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term skin health and natural-looking results. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
