Refund policy

All sales are final. Journelle Skin does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our Services. In addition, deposits, consultation fees, appointment reservation fees, and other payments made to book consultations, treatments, or related services are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, make it right.

Non-returnable items and non-refundable payments
All products sold by Journelle Skin are non-returnable and non-refundable. We also do not provide refunds for deposits, consultation fees, appointment reservation fees, treatment bookings, service fees, sale items, or gift cards.

Cancellations and rescheduling
Orders for products cannot be canceled once placed. Appointments or consultations may be rescheduled only if permitted by Journelle Skin and subject to any scheduling policies communicated at the time of booking. Rescheduling an appointment does not entitle you to a refund of any deposit or fee already paid.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you mandatory cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights will apply only to the extent required by law.

Refunds
Except where required by law or where Journelle Skin determines in its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate, no refunds will be issued. If we determine that a refund, replacement, or store credit is warranted for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will notify you after reviewing your request.
