If any intake forms were sent to you, we ask that you complete them ahead of your visit so we can make the most of our time together.
Please note: we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with less notice, or missed altogether, are subject to a $50 fee. Full details are available on our Policies page.
What to Expect
Before Your Visit
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork.
- Bring a photo ID and your insurance card, if applicable.
- Come with a clean face, free of makeup, for skin consultations.
During Your Visit
- Your provider will review your goals, history, and treatment options with you.
- Every plan is shaped around your skin, your concerns, and the result you want.
- We welcome your questions — we want you to feel confident in your care.
After Your Visit
- You'll leave with clear aftercare guidance specific to your treatment.
- Any recommended follow-up can be scheduled before you leave.
- Our team remains available for questions as you recover.
